Refund policy

There are no refunds. But you can get a store credit due to the type of product. 

If there is a malfunction in the light, I will credit you for the cost you paid for the lip gloss. You must return the non-working product and upon receipt I will issue you a store credit. 

You must return it within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order to qualify for a store credit. 

Once your package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No credit will be offered.
